 When will you ship my item(s)?

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.

 

When will I receive my item(s)?

Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country. We ship some products directly from our international warehouses to cut out the middle man giving you the best price!

Deliveries to the US typically take 10-20 business days.

Deliveries to all other countries typically take 15-45 business days.

 

Where are my item(s) coming from?

Our warehouses are located in the US, China and India.

We work only with the best and most experienced suppliers.

 

I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you!

 

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder.

 

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

Your tracking number would of been emailed to you if applicable. We will be adding a order look up feature very soon.

 

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal payments as well. All transactions are secure due to added SSL

 

Do you provide international shipping?

At the moment we are shipping to customers in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Australia, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and New Zealand.
